We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Graphic Artist with hands-on experience using AI-powered design tools. This role combines traditional graphic design expertise with modern AI-driven design capabilities to support branding, marketing, and content execution.

Key Responsibilities
Design, Video & Visual Creation
- Produce high-quality visuals for digital campaigns, including social media, website, ads, and email marketing
- Create engaging short-form and long-form video content for social media, digital campaigns, and brand storytelling
- Create brand-aligned graphics for both internal and external use
AI-Driven Design Integration
- Utilize AI tools such as Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, or similar to ideate, generate, or refine visual assets
- Explore new AI tools and recommend best-fit platforms for creative enhancement
- Leverage AI-powered video tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, Descript, etc.) to support efficient and creative video production
Brand Management
- Ensure all creative output is consistent with brand guidelines and visual identity
- Help evolve the brand’s visual language across channels while maintaining coherence
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with the marketing team to bring creative ideas to life
- Translate briefs and storyboards into cohesive visuals
- Collaborate on script development, visual storytelling, and editing workflows for video content
File Management & Asset Organization
- Maintain an organized asset library and ensure consistency in brand visuals across all touchpoints
- Ad Hoc & Cross-Functional Support
- Support presentation design, mockups, product visuals, or pitch decks as needed
- Jump in to assist other team members with fast-turnaround design needs or special projects
- Assist in producing video content for internal communications, product demos, or event highlights
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia Arts, or a related field
- 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design
- Hands-on experience in video editing and motion graphics creation
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and AI design tools
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and AI design tools
- Strong portfolio showcasing a mix of traditional and AI-enhanced design work
- Excellent understanding of branding principles and visual consistency
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
- Schedule: Amenable to work Monday to Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST)
- Two professional references and a valid criminal background check issued within the last 60 days are required for all successful applicants.
- Completion of intake paperwork, including submission of a valid tax identification number (e.g., Social Security Number, Social Insurance Number, or the country's equivalent), is required before onboarding.
