We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with a strong background in video editing to join our in-house creative team. This role is perfect for a creative individual who excels in both execution and strategy, maintaining high design standards while collaborating with senior creatives on various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and develop brand assets for digital channels.

Create static and motion graphics for websites, ads, social media, and email marketing.

Edit short-form videos tailored for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Provide insights on creative best practices for branding and performance marketing.

Work closely with art direction and strategy teams to ensure cohesive visuals.

Assist in brand and campaign rollouts with design systems and style guides.

Manage multiple design projects with attention to detail and deadlines.

Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing, preferably in an agency or creative studio.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut).

Ability to design with a focus on performance and conversions.

Experience in developing assets for paid campaigns and optimizing based on feedback.

Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, motion, color, and storytelling.

Capable of working independently and suggesting creative improvements.
