Marketing

o Assist the Marketing Lead through the organization and administrative work for the company’s various projects.

o Develop effective campaign ideas by understanding the prospective customers’ preferences to drive more leads and create awareness of both internal and external projects aligning to business strategic goals and objectives.


Creative Design

o Develop creative ideas and concepts by studying relevant information and materials to effectively choose the appropriate media and style to meet objectives.

o Create assets to visually communicate to help the business achieve its objectives. These visual assets can vary and typically include the following:

Logos and other aspects of visual identity/branding

- Project Logo, Business ID and Lanyard, Business Shirt. Business Card

Marketing and Advertising Materials (Print)

- Flyer, Brochure, Banner, Sales Kit and Presentation Slides, Newsletters, Exhibit Booth Collaterals, Company Event Promotion, and Infographics

Marketing and Advertising Materials (Digital)

- Interactive PDF and Social Media Platforms Content Creation (Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube)

Environmental Graphics

- Site Fence, Billboard Tarpaulin, Exhibit Booth Display, Vehicle Wrap, Indoor and Outdoor Signages.

Interfaces and Interactions for websites

- Company Website and Open House Website

Merchandising

- Company Giveaways

Packaging

- Welcome Kit and Turnover Kit

Photo Shoot and Editing

- Stock Photo Library, Construction Photos, New-Hire Sales Employee Photos

o Work closely with and follow the guidance provided by the Creative Lead to continue to develop and ensure the consistency of the brand’s visual identity.

o Refine and improve designs based on the feedback from project leads and executives.

o Staying abreast of emerging design trends and new innovations to incorporate in all efforts for a more effective approach.


Event Management

o Perform research in order to come up relative theme proposals for the company’s various projects. The events typically include the following:

Sales Events

- Open House Events, Sales Planning, Sales Rally, Sales Quarterly and annual Awarding

Corporate Events

- Groundbreaking Ceremony, Contract Signing, Top Off Ceremony

Creative Events

- Main events such as Sportsfest, Team Building, and Christmas Party

o Seasonal Events such as Chinese New Year and Mooncake Festival.

o Plan and organize effectively to serve as one of the contact points in the whole events of process of planning, execution, and implementation.

o Manage event logistics including, but not limited to venue selection, food and drink selection, live entertainment, photo and video coverage, audio-visual equipment.

o Negotiate contracts, determine prices, and track overall expenses to accomplish administrative work such as Request of Budget (RFP) and Liquidation


Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Design, Creative Multimedia, Advertising, or an equivalent experience in the field.
  • Knowledgeable in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Indesign, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office tools such as MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Powerpoint.
  • Demonstrate graphic design skills with a strong portfolio across print and digital assets.
