Lead and manage kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation.
Develop innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends.
Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff.
Collaborate with management to meet budget and profitability goals.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
Overseeing the preparation, cooking, and presentation of all dishes to ensure consistent high-quality standards and visual appeal.
Ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently, maintaining cleanliness, organization, and proper hygiene protocols.
Managing kitchen inventory, ordering and obtaining supplies, and maintaining good relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Monitoring and controlling food costs to minimize waste and ensure profitability, working within set financial budgets.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
Experience Level: 5-10 years of progressive experience in a culinary leadership role and asian cuisine
Skills and Competencies: Excellent quality control, operations management, inventory and cost management, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee kitchen operations, manage staff, ensure quality and consistency in food preparation.
Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, standing for long periods, and occasional late hours.
