The Head of Client Success will lead and develop a team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs), fostering an environment of collaboration, learning, and innovation. With a focus on relationship-building and exceptional time management, this leader will oversee client campaigns, ensure optimal team performance, and act as a bridge between Kopa and its clients.
The ideal candidate is a proactive and empathetic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, balances strategic oversight with hands-on support, and inspires teams to exceed expectations.
Duties & responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and scale a team of CSMs to achieve client satisfaction goals and drive revenue growth.
- Community Building: Cultivate strong rapport within the team and across company departments, fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual respect.
- Campaign Excellence: Oversee the execution and optimization of paid media campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Time Management: Establish and maintain efficient workflows to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
- Client Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, providing guidance, resolving issues, and ensuring clear, solution-focused communication.
- Performance Analytics: Analyze client data to identify trends and actionable insights, driving strategic recommendations.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize internal processes and implement scalable strategies for global markets.
- Training and Development: Provide structured training to elevate team skills, particularly in digital media tools and client relationship management.
- Thought Leadership: Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to maintain Kopa’s competitive edge.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in client success or digital media and 2+ years in team leadership, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams, with a strong focus on rapport-building and collaboration.
- Technical Expertise: Knowledge of Google Ads and other marketing platforms (YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok) is a plus, as is certification in Google Ads.
- Time Management: Exceptional organizational skills, balancing multiple priorities and consistently meeting deadlines.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written English, with proven negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement scalable strategies across international markets.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
