HEADHUNTER- REMOTE SET UP

We are seeking a skilled Headhunter to join our HR team and assist us in recruiting qualified candidates for US Mortgage Underwriter (FILIPINO ONLY).

  • Our ideal candidate is a highly organized professional with an excellent understanding of full cycle recruiting in US MORTGAGE INDUSTRY.
  • As a Headhunter, your responsibilities will include establishing hiring criteria, utilizing social media platforms to source potential candidates, and engaging with prospects through email or phone. Strong communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with candidates.
  • Ultimately, the role of the Headhunter is to ensure that our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.


Headhunter Responsibilities & Duties

  • Outsource 10-12 high-calibrated US Mortgage Underwriters (Filipino) 
  • Prepare/design and post/update job openings on effective personal channels.
  • Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
  • Join social media groups and professional networks and interact with potential candidates.
  • Ask for referrals from acquaintances and industry professionals.
  • Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
  • Use Boolean and other search options to look for qualified candidates.
  • Pre-screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure a strong fit for roles.
  • Actively reach out to and engage passive candidates through cold-calling, emailing, and direct messaging.
  • Negotiate compensation and other employment terms with candidates to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Research and recommend new sourcing tools and techniques.

 

Headhunter Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Headhunter (3+ years of experience- preferred)
  • Advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques (including Boolean search)
  • Familiarity with social media recruiting techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (e.g. resume databases and portfolio sites)
  • Excellent communication and persuasion abilities (particularly when making cold calls and sending recruiting emails)
  • A high degree of ethics, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Ability to manage multiple searches and meet tight deadlines.
  • Sound judgement.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Strong networking abilities.
  • BSc degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field
