簡介

A Healthcare Customer Service Representative (CSR) handles customer inquiries and provides support related to healthcare services, insurance, and benefits. They answer phone calls, resolve complaints, and ensure patient satisfaction by providing accurate information and assistance. 


Responsibilities of a Healthcare CSR:

  • Answering Inquiries: Addressing customer questions about healthcare services, insurance coverage, eligibility, and claims. 


Resolving Issues: Addressing customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 

Providing Information: Sharing accurate details about benefits, plan options, providers, and other healthcare-related topics. 

Scheduling Appointments: Assisting with scheduling and rescheduling medical appointments. 

Handling Claims: Assisting with insurance claim processing and inquiries. 

Escalating Issues: Referring complex or unresolved issues to appropriate departments or supervisors. 

Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions. 

Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service. 

Knowledge of Healthcare: Staying informed about the organization's products, services, and policies. 

Following Procedures: Adhering to departmental policies and procedures. 

Collaboration: Coordinating with other departments and providers as needed.

  • COLLEGE GRADUATE ( ANY COURSE )
  • WITH OR WITHOUT CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE
  • AT LEAST GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS
  • OPEN FOR WITH 6 MONTHS CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE
