Safely operate heavy equipment, conduct routine maintenance, and assist with site preparation.
Operate various heavy equipment including bulldozers, excavators, and backhoes.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machinery.
Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
Coordinate with team members for efficient project execution.
Read and interpret blueprints and site plans.
Maintain clear communication with supervisors and project manager

Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in heavy equipment operation is preferred.
Preferably with NCII certification
Experience Level: Minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy machinery.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in operating various heavy equipment; strong understanding of safety protocols.
Responsibilities and Duties: Operate and maintain equipment; complete site inspections; adhere to safety regulations.
Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail; strong communication skills; ability to work in a team.
