● Assist in organizing and maintaining store inventory.● Restock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed.● Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance as needed.● Assist in receiving and unpacking deliveries.● Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the store premises.● Monitor product expiration dates and report discrepancies.● Operate basic store equipment (e.g., barcode scanners, POS systems) as required.● Support the store team during promotions or sales events.● High school diploma or equivalent; college-level education is a plus.● Previous experience in retail or store assistance is an advantage but not required.● Physically fit and able to lift and carry items up to 20kg.● Good communication and interpersonal skills.● Customer service-oriented and able to handle inquiries politely.● Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively 注重細節書面和口頭溝通技巧
