Lead and motivate the team to achieve performance goals and improve account management.
Maintain a well-organized work environment to enhance productivity.
Demonstrate resilience under pressure while effectively handling multiple tasks and challenges.
Manage diverse personalities and resolve conflicts with professionalism and diplomacy.
Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and managers to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance team performance.
Aligns with the company policies, mission, vision, goals, and objectives;
Accomplishes other relevant tasks assigned by the management.

Minimum of 6 months experience in a leadership role as Host Team Leader
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate various interpersonal dynamics.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage stress and remain composed in challenging situations.
A proactive and motivated attitude toward achieving goals and enhancing team success
