  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel.
  • Manage online, telephone, and in-person room reservations.
  • Check guests in and out, issuing room keys.
  • Provide information about the hotel and local area.
  • Resolve guest complaints, elevating to management when required.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.

職位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Candidates must hold a minimum of a Diploma degree, preferably in hospitality or related fields.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience is required, preferably in a customer service role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent customer relationship management, superior customer service skills, and effective communication abilities are key.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, addressing guest inquiries, and providing exemplary service at all times.
  • Working Conditions: Must be willing to work in shift patterns, including nights, weekends, and holidays in a busy hotel environment.
  • Qualities and Traits: We're looking for individuals with a friendly demeanor, a problem-solving attitude, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
