Description

  • Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction.
  • Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and revenue management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a secure environment.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in hotel management or a related role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Qualities and Traits: Customer-focused with a passion for hospitality.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
