- Responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and common areas to a high standard.
- Perform laundry services including washing, drying, and folding linens and towels.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries and linens as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries or requests promptly.
