Maintain cleanliness and organization in guest rooms and common areas.
Perform laundry tasks, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
Restock supplies such as toiletries and towels.
Report maintenance issues to management promptly.
Adhere to health and safety standards.
Provide excellent customer service to guests.
Computer proficiency – intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
Good verbal and written communication skills
Must be detail-oriented
Knowledgeable in Basic Cleaning Procedure (Office Set up)
Knowledgeable in Chemical and Equipment Handling
Customer-oriented and friendly

Vocational Course/ College degree holder
2 years of experience as Housekeeping Supervisor
With TESDA NC 2 Certificate in Housekeeping is an advantage
Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in housekeeping or cleaning.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in general cleaning, organization, disinfection, and carpet cleaning. Strong customer service orientation.
Responsibilities and Duties: Maintain cleanliness, schedule regular cleaning tasks, ensure sanitation standards, and assist clients with inquiries.
Working Conditions: Varied environments including residential and commercial spaces; may require standing for extended periods.
Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, reliable, friendly, and able to work independently.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Willing to be assigned in BGC, Taguig, Libis Quezon City and Makati City.
