職位描述

簡介

  • Clean and service guest rooms, villas, and suites daily, including:
  • Making beds and changing linens
  • Cleaning bathrooms, floors, and surfaces
  • Restocking towels, toiletries, and room supplies
  • Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
  • Perform deep cleaning duties on a scheduled basis.
  • Report maintenance issues (e.g., leaks, broken items) to the supervisor promptly.
  • Handle guest belongings with care and respect.
  • Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used and stored safely.
  • Follow all health and safety protocols and resort policies.
  • Greet guests in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Assist with laundry duties if assigned (washing, drying, ironing linens or uniforms).
  • Support other housekeeping staff as needed, especially during peak times

職位要求

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience (resort or hotel preferred)
  • Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and supplies
  • Physically fit; able to stand, bend, lift, and move frequently
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and time management skills
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
