Act as the primary HR point of contact for assigned departments and provide strategic guidance on HR-related matters.
Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals. -Drive workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning initiatives.
Support recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new employees.
Manage employee relations issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution in accordance with company policies and labor laws.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
Administer performance management processes and support leaders in conducting evaluations and feedback discussions.
Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations to management.
Facilitate training and development programs to enhance skills and competencies.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company regulations.

3-5 years of experience in HR roles, including recruitment, employee relations, and strategic HR planning.
Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience in HR analytics and data-driven decision-making is preferred
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.

Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
