Oversee day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and policy compliance

Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with company objectives

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations

Manage employee records, benefits administration, and payroll coordination in partnership with Finance

Foster a strong company culture and drive employee engagement initiatives

Serve as a trusted advisor to management and staff on HR-related matters

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 3+ years of progressive experience in HR, experience in a supervisory or managerial role
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR systems, and best practices
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple HR functions independently
• Experience in a fast-paced or logistics/distribution company is a plus
