簡介

A human resources (HR) supervisor manages the daily operations of an organization's HR department. Their responsibilities include: 

  • Recruiting and hiring: Finding and hiring new talent
  • Employee relations: Overseeing employee relations and resolving workplace conflicts
  • Payroll and benefits: Managing payroll and benefits
  • Labor laws: Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • HR policies: Implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Guidance and support: Providing guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters
  • Program administration: Administering and coordinating HR programs such as compensation and benefits
  • Policy interpretation: Communicating and interpreting company HR policies
  • Oversee HR functions, manage employee relations, develop training programs, and ensure compliance with labor laws.

職位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 5-10 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in managerial or supervisory positions.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in employee relations, payroll, talent management, and talent acquisition. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based, full-time position with potential for remote work options.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, ability to foster a positive work environment, excellent interpersonal skills, and adaptability.
