- Oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
- Support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of HR strategies.
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures.
- Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
Requirements
- At least 2 years experience
- with pleasing personality
- With strong background in HR Faucet
- with good Communication skills
