簡介

  • Serve as the primary liaison between employees and management to address workplace issues and concerns., ensuring timely and fair resolutions.
  • Proficient in local labor law, able to accurately identify compliance risks and devise actionable countermeasures, providing authoritative and forward-looking legal counsel to senior management.
  • Maintain comprehensive, confidential case files and produce periodic analytics to identify systemic issues and recommend retention initiatives.
  • Proficient in dealing with Compensation & Benefits issues.

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in employee relations, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or team-lead capacity.
  • In-depth knowledge of local labor law and regional regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language.
  • High discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Solid foundation in payroll calculation.
