簡介
- Will handle all HR Facets or concerns;
- (Payroll, compensation and benefits, Recruitment and Staffing, Training and Development, Employee Relations, Employee Satisfaction, Labor Laws and Legal compliance)
- Manage safety and ensures strict implementation of the administrative policies and regulations
- Assisting with internal event organization and coordination, including recreational events and training activities that may arise
- Perform other related tasks assigned by the management
職位要求
- Graduate of Psychology, HRDM, or any related course
- With extensive experience in the related field
- Must have a background Industrial, Manufacturing, or Logistics company
- Knowledgeable in Labor Laws
- With Supervisory experience
