  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
  • Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Evaluate and improve employee performance management systems.

  • Develop and conduct training programs for staff development.
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruiting and employee relations.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in HRIS, payroll processing, compensation and benefits management, and talent management.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage recruiting processes, resolve employee issues, oversee payroll, and drive coaching initiatives.
