- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts
- Conduct performance reviews and training programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Support organizational development initiatives
職位要求
- Graduate of BSBA-HRDM or BS-Psychology.
- At least 2-4 years of solid experience in HR, preferably in a generalist or supervisory role.
- Strong personality and keen in terms of paper work.
- With experience in payroll and recruitment etc.
- Detail Oriented and with initiative
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft programs
- Willing to start immediately
