Overseeing general HR operations, recruitment ,onboarding and Offboarding , payroll and timekeeping via Carbonate, compensations and Benefits, leave management, and disciplinary procedures.
Ensures accurate employee records, manages government reporting and compliance, and facilitates employee engagement programs to strengthen workplace culture.
Handles vendor coordination, budget tracking, HRIS administration, and supports the Accounts and Loan Disbursement teams during peak periods by ensuring proper staffing, documentation, and SOP alignment.
Records & Compliance, maintaining confidentiality, promoting data privacy compliance, and being adaptable to urgent or sensitive issues requiring immediate HR intervention.
Perform other duties as may be assigned by the business owners.

Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Admin, or related field.
At least 5 to 10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in lending, fintech, or BPO sectors.
Solid understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and government compliance (DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
Familiarity with payroll systems, recruitment platforms, and timekeeping software.
Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
Strategic and operational thinking.
Strong interpersonal and leadership presence
Can work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Willing to work onsite in BGC Taguig City
