簡介

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment, workforce planning, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company goals.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in compliance with labor laws.
  • Oversee performance management, including KPI setting, evaluations, and succession planning.
  • Administer payroll, compensation, benefits, and maintain accurate HR records.
  • Drive employee engagement, organizational development, and culture building initiatives.
  • Act as primary HR advisor to employees and management, ensuring best practices and compliance.
  • Supervise and mentor HR staff while safeguarding confidentiality and integrity in all HR operations.

職位要求

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Open to Pre-Law or Underboard Law graduates with extensive HR and employee relations experience.
  • At least 2+ years of progressive HR experience
  • In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws, HR compliance, and regulatory standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR policies, programs, and strategies.
  • Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Excellent leadership, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, with experience in HRIS, ATS, and payroll systems.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
