As a member of Do It Best Corporation since 2001, Handyman offers a wide selection of value-for-money products across various branches in major malls nationwide.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Officer at Handyman Do it Best Philippines located in Marikina City. The HR Officer will be responsible for HR Management of two Distribution Centers of Handyman and Daiso Japan. Primary job is to manage Third Party Services vendors and serve as a Business Partner for two DC Heads.

Qualifications

  • HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
  • Experience in handling Third-Party Manpower and Agencies with ove 100 headcount
  • Strong knowledge of Employee Relations, Labor Compliance and Health and Safety (BOSH)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, exposure in warehouse and logistics set-up is an advantage
  • Experience in the retail industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
