- Administer employee benefits and payroll.
- Support employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
- Assist in performance management and training programs.
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
職位要求
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in HR software.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, with a strong sense of confidentiality.
