- Manage recruitment processes and onboarding of new employees.
- Support employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts.
- Administer employee benefits and payroll.
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in performance management and training initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
職位要求
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At leat 3 years of experience in HR roles, demonstrating knowledge of HR functions.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; proficiency in HR software.
- Assist with recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and compliance.
- Office-based, with potential flexibility for remote work; standard business hours.
