Prepare job descriptions, employment contracts, and offer letters.
Process job applications and facilitate pre-employment requirements.
Onboard new hires and ensure smooth integration into the company.
Create and maintain accurate employee records, including employment contracts and onboarding documents.
Track and manage employee attendance, leaves, and absences.
Update HR databases and employee files regularly.
Identify employee training needs and opportunities.
Maintain a list of training and development programs.
Organize internal and external training sessions to enhance employee performance.
Compute and process payroll accurately and on time.
Handle petty cash reimbursements and related financial documentation.
Administer government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and ensure compliance.
Address employee concerns, grievances, and disputes professionally and confidentially.
Promote positive employee relations and a collaborative work environment.
Draft and issue company memos, verbal/written warnings, Notices to Explain (NTE), and Notices of Decision as part of the disciplinary process.
Promote and uphold the company's mission, vision, and values.
Assist in planning and executing culture-building activities and programs.
Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards.
Monitor and maintain workplace safety procedures and assist in occupational health programs.
General Administrative TasksPerform administrative duties such as filing, answering employee queries, preparing HR reports, and supporting other departments as needed.
Handle any other HR-related tasks assigned from time to time.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 1–3 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
Strong understanding of labor laws and government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Proficient in MS Office applications and HRIS (an advantage).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
