簡介

  • The HR Generalist is responsible for managing key HR functions, including recruitment, payroll processing, employee relations, performance management, and labor law compliance.
  • This role ensures the organization attracts, retains, and develops top talent while fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • The HR Officer acts as a liaison between management and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, addressing concerns, and driving initiatives that support organizational goals.

職位要求

  • Graduate of BS Human Resource, Psychology, Communication or any related course
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software. Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll management, human resource information system (HRIS), and similar computer applications. Strong Negotiation skills
  • Strong time Management Skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines
  • At least 2-3 years experience in the same field
  • Job Type: Full-time
