  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and interviews.
  • Support employee onboarding and orientation.
  • Manage employee records and HR databases.
  • Facilitate training and development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Address employee concerns and facilitate conflict resolution.
  • Contribute to performance management and appraisals.

職位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR roles, with exposure to various HR functions.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in HRIS, strong communication skills, knowledgeable in payroll, and compensation and benefits management.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage recruitment processes, employee relations, payroll administration, and benefits coordination.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; may require occasional overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, excellent interpersonal skills, proactive, and adaptable to changing situations.
