HR Officer

Salary: ₱25,000

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Success-oriented individual with good interpersonal skills.
• Skills in employee relations, organizational management, and critical thinking.
• Proactive, versatile, and of good moral character.
• Productive and mature self-starter who can execute effectively with minimal supervision.
• Computer literate with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be currently residing in or willing to relocate to Pasig, Mandaluyong, Taguig, or Makati City.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the day-to-day operations of the organization, particularly in the areas of:
• Implementation of HR policies and processes
• Efficient delivery of performance monitoring
• Benefits administration
• Preparation of monthly reports
• Handling other HR-related matters as needed
• Liaise closely with HR/Admin, Finance, Marketing, Production, and other departments to provide efficient and effective HR support services to the organization.
