- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interviews.
- Manage employee onboarding and training programs.
- Support performance management and employee relations initiatives.
- Maintain and update HR databases and records.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Facilitate employee engagement and wellness programs.
職位要求
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of HR generalist experience in a corporate environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills; proficiency in HR software.
- Working Conditions: Office-based with occasional remote work; typical 40-hour workweek.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, adaptable, people-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
