Manages end-to-end recruitment, from job order processing to job ad posting, candidate screening, and interviews, ensuring efficient hiring and a positive candidate experience.
Administers payroll functions and ensures accurate and timely processing of employee compensation.
Ensures accurate preparation and submission of mandatory benefits reports.
Handles employee relations by issuing memos and NTEs, conducting administrative hearings, and releasing NODs in accordance with the company code of conduct, while ensuring compliance with labor laws and due process.
Prepares and delivers presentations of manpower quotations and applicable terms to clients, ensuring clarity and alignment with their staffing needs.
Maintains accurate and organized employee records and HR documents in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR or related roles
Skills and Competencies: Strong expertise in recruitment and candidate screening
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in payroll management and employee benefits administration
Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, both written and verbal
Qualities and Traits: High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Excel and presentation software
Availability: Can Start ASAP
Willing to work in Manila
