WHR Global Consulting, a global talent solution provider is looking for a stellar candidate to fill the role of Human Resources Generalist for its client based in Alabang.

This is for direct hiring and for a full time role.


OVERVIEW

The primary responsibility of this role is to support HR functions while ensuring compliance with local labour laws and company policies. Key duties include managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and maintaining accurate HR records. In addition, the HR Generalist plays a vital role in fostering a positive work environment, enhancing employee engagement, and contributing to the organization’s overall business strategy through the implementation of effective HR practices.


KEY ROLES

• Manage various HR functions, including employee relations, training and development, and ensuring strict adherence to local labour laws and company policies.

• Liaise with external recruiters to manage the recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and hiring teams.

• Oversee and manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes, addressing employee needs, and maintaining HR systems and records.


RESPONSIBILITIES

• Continuously develop, update, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with evolving company needs, regulatory compliance, and industry best practices, while overseeing the management of employee development programs to support ongoing learning and growth.

• Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing timely, accurate, and empathetic responses to ensure high levels of employee satisfaction and engagement.

• Support the development of a positive workplace culture by advising on employee relations issues, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a respectful and inclusive environment.

• Assist with the implementation of HR initiatives that support business objectives and contribute to a positive and productive workplace.

• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.


EDUCATION, PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or equivalent academic qualification.

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in HR role.

• Strong knowledge of local labour laws and HR best practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
