- Responsible for overseeing Team Performance
- Directly supervises and monitors Coordinators’ performance across areas
- Evaluates Coordinators performance on a monthly basis
- Coaches/trains Coordinators
- Responsible for coordinating/giving timely feedback to Client on the progress of any operational task inside the Plant
- Conducts meeting with Clients to discuss achievements/highlights, Activity implementation/updates, issues and concerns and other opportunities
- Responsible for cascading instructions/guidelines/programs on Client-initiated Projects
- Conducts regular alignment meeting with the Coordinators and Team Leaders to cascade Client’s activities/updates.
- Responsible for coordinating with HRSO in filing up vacancies within 7 working days so that the 95% fill rate is met
