What is the job about?

EZHR is seeking a HR Generalist to support our workforce in Malaysia.

In this role, you will be essential in ensuring smooth HR operations and providing support to employees and management in a different environment.

Main Responsibilities

Ready to level up your career ? Here’s what you’ll be doing as a valued member of our dynamic team:


1. Employee Services

  • Address employee inquiries regarding HR-related issues, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy.


2. Recruitment, placement, onboarding and offboarding

  • Perform the end-to-end recruitment function.
  • Build rapport with candidates, assessing their suitability through conversations, interviews, and evaluate their suitability based on client needs.
  • Negotiate offers and manage the placement process to ensure a positive experience for all parties.
  • Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new hires to company policies, procedures, and culture..
  • Develop onboarding materials and conduct training sessions when needed.
  • Conduct a exit interview for the employee's leaving.


3. Compensation and benefit

  • Perform end to end payroll and statutory process.
  • To ensure timely and accurate delivery for clients.
  • Liaise with local authorities and service providers in relation to statutory matters.


4. HRIS management

  • Set up, maintain and update the HRIS.
  • Process and update - leave and claim (if applicable).
  • Checking employee's attendance


5. Performance management

  • Conduct monthly/quarterly/yearly performance appraisal.


6. Other Ad-Hoc Duties

  • Other admin work and ad-hoc duties as assigned


Job Requirements:

  • A diploma/degree in HR, Business, Psychology, related areas or equivalent work experience.
  • 1–2 years of experience in an HR-related role is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply – comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Basic understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR Information Systems.
  • A team player with strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Responsible, hardworking, and eager to learn.
  • Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
  • This role is required to visit client once a month.

Salary Range:

RM2,300 - RM2,800 (depend on experiences)
