- Find the right candidates for various projects
- Develop and execute global recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Post jobs on open-source boards
- Search for new candidates using various tools and sources
- Actively source and engage potential candidates using LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Organize interviews
- Approve and write job offers for candidates
- Help candidates to adapt to the new work environment
- Manage a candidate database
- Perform analysis and internal reporting
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls
- Creating, maintaining, and organizing office records, files, and databases
- Monitoring and ordering office supplies, ensuring that the office is well-stocked
- Assisting in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing new hire documentation and conducting orientation
- Assisting in the implementation of office policies and procedures
- Implement HR policies and procedures across global location
- Proven experience in HR management, with a focus on recruitment
- Expertise in using LinkedIn for candidate sourcing and recruitment
- Strong understanding of global recruitment processes and employment laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in managing HR operations in multiple countries.
- Knowledge of modern recruitment techniques
- Results orientation and quality of work
- Ability to multitask and cope with high workload
- Responsibility, self-sufficiency, well-developed communication skills
- Willingness to grow in the HR field
- Working with large amounts of information
