- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques to attract qualified candidates.
- Maintain candidate database and ensure consistent communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Support onboarding and orientation for new hires.
職位要求
- Job Title: HR Recruitment
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR functions.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills and effective time management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assisting in the recruitment process, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, standard working hours.
