The HR Remuneration and Total Rewards Officer is responsible for supporting the bank in all endeavors related to remuneration, financial reward analysis, and design. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end processes of key activities, including market research and analysis, data management, structural design, report management, and documentation.


Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree holder, major in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or any course related to Remuneration.
  • At least 4 years' work experience in Human Resources with a targeted focus on Remuneration, Salary and Incentives Analysis and Design, having dealth with direct internal partners, and Compensation Managamenet (the analysis and design side)
  • Market Research and Analysis Data Acquisition and Sourcing, Data Analysis, Trends Forecasting
  • Structural Design Data Navigation and Mapping, Framework Creation and Streamlining, Process Mapping, Data Presentation
