Job Requirements (JR)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience in training facilitation and mentorship is required.
- Strong computer literacy (MS Office, HRIS, database management).
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in preparing duty rosters and managing employee data is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Conduct an orientation program for new joiners and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Develop and implement employee training programs, including mentorship support.
- Maintain and update employee database and personnel records accurately.
- Prepare and manage staff duty rosters to ensure smooth operations.
- Support HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance.
- Generate HR reports and provide insights to management when required.
- Utilize computer systems and HR software effectively for daily tasks.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
