JOB TITLE: HUMAN RESOURCE ASSISTANT

NATURE AND SCOPE OF JOB: Administrative and support-based in nature, serving as a vital link between the HR department and the employees. The position requires handling routine HR operations, assisting in employee lifecycle processes (from recruitment to separation), and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. It involves both clerical and interpersonal tasks, requiring attention to detail, confidentiality, and strong communication skills.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Assist in recruitment and selection processes.
  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
  • Monitor attendance and timekeeping records.
  • Maintain and update employee files and HR documents.
  • Assist in preparing HR-related letters, memos, and reports.
  • Support payroll and benefits processing.
  • Organize and assist in training sessions and employee activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Address basic employee concerns and forward relevant issues to HR management.
  • Handle filing, encoding, and data entry related to HR functions.
  • Coordinate with other departments for HR-related tasks.
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives and special programs.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and record keeping.
  • Carry out other duties and responsibilities assigned by the HR team.
  • Other assigned tasks.

職位要求

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, or Business.
  • HR-related experience an advantage.
