Job Requirements:
Bachelor holder or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
At least 3 years of experience in HR or Payroll
Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and related regulations;
Proficient in MS Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel;
Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese including Putonghua;
Pleasant, well-organized, responsible, and attention to details
Key Responsibilities:
Engage in the full HR life cycle, including all-rounded HR functions with a strong focus on payroll services, onboarding, benefits administration
Responsible for monthly payroll, final salary calculation, tax reporting and staff benefits administration, including leave & attendance, medical, MPF, group insurance renewal
Pay and performance management responsibilities, including the annual performance appraisal, salary review & benchmarking, promotion and annual bonus process
Handle the talent acquisition and onboarding process as needed
Compile various HR reports, statistics and analysis
Participate in HR projects and ad hoc HR initiatives
