APW is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to manage and oversee our human resources functions, ensuring that our workforce is supported, motivated, and aligned with company goals. The HR Officer will play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR policy implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle recruitment processes including job posting, interviewing, and hiring new employees.
Administer employee benefits programs and maintain records.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Maintain employee files, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Organize training and development programs for employees.
Resolve employee issues and concerns, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Assist in payroll processing and employee attendance tracking.
Ensure that the company complies with labor laws and regulations.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 1 year and above of experience in an HR role.
Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software systems.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
