簡介
- Handle end-to-end recruitment: job posting, resume screening, interviews, and offer management.
- Use multiple channels (job portals, social media, referrals, headhunters, campus) to source talents.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pool for critical roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and deliver recruitment solutions.
- Track and analyze recruitment data to optimize process and efficiency.
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing activities.
職位要求
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 3 years’ experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment practices & local labor market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Plus: experience in IT / SaaS / Sales recruitment.
