Develop HR-PR recruitment campaigns and media relations strategies
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., recruitment) and maintain open communication with the department manager
Edit and update promotional material and publications (brochures, videos, social media posts, etc.)
Prepare and distribute press releases and promotional materials
Organize HR-PR events (e.g., job fairs, information campaigns, etc.) and serve as the company’s representative
Seek opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising
Address inquiries from the media and other parties as needed
Research and follow industry trends in recruitment
Prepare and submit regular HR-PR reports
Manage HR-PR issues, when needed
Assist recruitment team on applicant screening and onboarding processes
Assist HR Department team with all its activities as needed

At least three years in experience as a Public Relations Officer or HR-PR Officer role or its equivalent
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience in working with the HR Department is highly preferred
Experience managing media relations (online, broadcast, and print)
Background in researching, writing, and editing publications
Proficient in MS Office and social media
Familiarity with project management software and video/photo editing is a plus
Strong communication ability (oral and written)
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Creativity and problem-solving aptitude
Willing to work on field as needed
