  • Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
  • Communicate with candidates to provide updates and schedule interviews.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires including documentation and orientation.
  • Maintain accurate applicant tracking and reporting systems.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong candidate screening and evaluation skills.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
