- Support recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screening.
- Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality.
- Assist in onboarding and training of new hires.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding policies and benefits.
- Help in organizing company events and initiatives.
- Assist with performance management and evaluation processes.
- Assist in recruitment processes, maintain employee records, and support HR initiatives.
職位要求
- Educational Qualifications: A diploma in Human Resources or or Any 4 year course.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students are welcome to apply.
- Skills and Competencies: Willing to learn, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and computer literacy.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Must be organized, proactive, and possess a positive attitude.
- Willing to be assigned in Pasay area.
