簡介
- Manage and process US Leave Management programs, including FMLA, CFMLA, and other federal/state-mandated leaves
- Oversee termination monitoring processes, ensuring compliance with US labor laws and company policies
- Handle US employee benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and inquiries
- Provide coaching or guidance to junior HR team members as needed
- Utilize HRIS platforms such as PeopleSoft and Oracle to manage employee records and transactions
- Collaborate with US-based HR teams and stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to company standards, US labor regulations, and confidentiality protocols
- Analyze HR data and reports to support business decisions
- Bachelor’s degree graduate (any course)
- 2–3 years’ experience in US HR, including US Leave Management (FMLA, CFMLA), US Termination Monitoring, and US Benefits
- Experience in leading or coaching teams
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft HR and Oracle modules is an advantage
- Strong English communication skills
- Critical thinking, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Willing to work on a graveyard schedule
