The Technical Trainer is responsible in developing knowledge and skills of member-owners. He/ She will be providing administrative and operations support and ensure continued client satisfaction through understanding client objectives. Generally, the Technical Trainer works together with the Training Officer/Area

Coordinators/ Generalist/ Recruitment and Member-Owner Accounts In Charge to provide high quality and timely assistance to the client.

• College level or a bachelor's degree
• Prior experience in fast food or restaurant roles is an advantage
• Willingness to do fieldwork
